Found a lump

I have found a hard peasized lump in my armpit its painfull to touch doesnt look red or any sign of a spot or ingrown hair so worried its serious going to see my gp tomorrow just posting for advice really as so scared.

Do go and see your gp but please try not to worry - most lumps are nothing serious, and your doc will be able to give you the right advice. And stay away from Google.

The fact it is painful and it’s size makes it very unlikely that it is anything serious.

I had exactly the same and it was a cyst.

Chances are it will be nothing sinister, but you’re doing the right thing getting it checked x
