Shamanic healing- any recommendations?

I know this is a bit woo, but can anyone recommend a good shamanic healer? Preferably in London/ south east area.

I’ve come out of an abusive relationship and feeling bruised. I’d like to try out shamanic healing as a way of leaving behind all the crap of the past and moving forward.

Before the critics come on to dismiss all alternative therapists as charlatans, I totally understand where you’re coming from, but for me, I’m prepared to spend the money as a one-off experience.

Try posting this in the unexplained boards. You might get some recommendations; sorry I can't help

My only suggestion is to look into something more like EMDR. You might get more bang for your buck! Very very effective.

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming. A type of therapy. It has great results and you don't need many sessions

@lisrn123 thanks- I’ll look into it.
