Lumpy itchy burning cheeks, what can it be? Could it have been NO7? Or Shingles? Something else?

I normally use Lancome in my face. But my DH's aunt gave me No7 day cream, night cream and eye cream for my birthday, and I thought I should give it a try. Two days later I have burning cheeks, they are so itchy and sore, I feel red hot, and the skin feels lumpy to the touch.

I dont know if it is the cream, but I have never had anything like this before, and it is the only change I have made to my beauty routine.

Or, could it be something else entirely? Shingles?

Sounds like an allergy to me. Try some anti-histamine and if that doesn't work have a chat with the pharmacist.

Hope you feel better soon!

sounds like eczema but could it be an allergic reaction to no7?

I just spoke to the practice nurse, she said it sounded like an allergic reaction to No7.

I will have a lumpy face for days!

Should I report this to Boots?
