I've always had stubbornly high cholesterol. Someone suggested changing from olive oil to rapeseed oil. I was very dubious but was so fed up of having high cholesterol despite what I considered a fairly healthy diet and taking lots of exercise so was willing to try anything. Within a few months it had reduced ! Coincidence? No idea, but I've changed nothing else so think it must be that. Wanted to share in case others want to try it.
