Random bites

I don’t get bitten much and I don’t normally get affected by them but have a few driving me crazy and no idea what they could be. I think I had a few bed bug bites last week (Monday/tuesday) after staying in a hotel but prob grand total of 8-10 in two lines across my back

since coming home I now have several random bites in different places like mozzy bites (certainly itch like mozzy bites and look like them too) but the weird thing is nobody else in my family has any, and usually DH is covered if there are mosquitoes around and has big welts.

at the moment it’s just annoying but should I get them checked out?

Maybe you brought bed bugs home with you in your luggage and they are currently only the odd one so only giving the odd single bite.
bed bug bites can appear in any number—as a single bite, a small cluster, or a large cluster—depending on the number of bed bugs and the severity of the infestation.
Out of interest, say you go to the Dr or pharmacist to get them checked out, what are you expecting from them apart from a ‘yes those are bites’ response? If they aren’t infected there really isn’t any need to get them checked out.

Lol yes @Twothousandandjustonemore ive no idea what response I’d be expecting! I’m not used to having such a big response to bites so probably unnecessarily freaking out

Not unnecessarily freaking out, its very necessary to freak out! If they are bed bug bites and you brought them home you'll be infested soon and will probably infest many people around you too. It really isn't something to take lightly. Please call pest control for advice.

If you haven't had such a bad reaction to bites before it's because bed bug bites are particularly bad!
