TSH help. Also stool tests and blood test advice.

I'm 42 with a history of hemithyroidectomy in 2002. My TSH levels have always been in the normal range. However, yesterday I downloaded the NHS app so I could see my GP records (not sure this was the right move for someone with health anxiety 🤦‍♀️).

I've been very low in mood for the last couple of years (I take sertraline) and recently I've had bowel changes and abdominal cramping and bloating. I had full bloods done (minus my TSH) last week which were all normal and I'm now anxiously awaiting stool test results. Anyway, while I've been looking at my old tests my last TSH test was 1.88 (2022) and before that it was 2.62 (2019). This seems quite a drop and I'm wondering if it's something I should be concerned about. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I know this isn't the right place to ask but does anyone know the liklihood of stool results being abnormal if all bloods (including CRP) are normal?

(Also well aware I need to address my anxiety issues)

No, this is not a drop or anything to be concerned about. TSH levels fluctuate naturally. Your levels are perfectly normal.

Thank you so much @saffronsoup. I'm really struggling at the moment
