I'm on 3 very strong ones a day and I wanna quit OR drastically reduce.

Any success stories or tips appreciated!

Start mixing your caf with decaf and then adjust the ratios over a couple of weeks until you’re only drinking decaf.

I got Graves’ disease and suddenly couldn’t tolerate coffee or anything with caffeine, bit drastic but effective.

I just went cold turkey and I was really surprised at how easy it was. I was getting terrible migraines and I think that gave me the extra determination to quit.
I've already given up alcohol, next is sugar which I think will be impossible😄

I had to stop drinking caffeine because it made my migraines even more unbearable and coffee was a trigger.
I felt pretty bad for about two weeks, headaches, really tired, but as a previous poster, just needed to stop totally and immediately,
18 years on - I still miss it...
If I could, I would have one cup a day. Not first thing in the morning, because I like not "needing" coffee right away.
But I would have one cup either around 11am or right after lunch.

I went cold Turkey over a camping weekend and drank plenty of water instead. Reduced mood swings and hormonal impacts immediately.

I'd love to give it up but the habit of having a coffee first thing is the hardest to give up.

I gradually switch to decaf pods whilst TTC, as I love the taste
