I had a laproscopy at the end of December to remove a 10 cm chocolate cyst.I also have adhesions and i am an erractic ovulator.

I had an intravaginal scan yesterday to check up on everything before i see the consultant on Friday.

The scan showed another chocolate cyst had already regrown on my right ovary (6 and a half cm) and a hemorattic (SP?) mass had also grown on my left ovary.

I'm ttc #2 and am really concerned this will cause lots of problems with conception.

I have the questions whomovedmychoc suggested i should ask from a prevoius thread (thank you) but is there anything else you can think of i can/should ask?

They were:
how severe are the adhesions?

Was a lap and dye test done and what were the results?

Can i do anything to reduce the symptons without medication?

Can i have the 21 day test to see if i'm ovulating?

What is the plan for assisted conception if i fail to conceive naturally?

I'm feel really upset they have grown so quickly and now there is someting else growing just to add insult to injury.

Thanks for listening to me moaning and thanks in advance for any info or advice you can give me.

I had a lap done last summer.
because of endimetriosis. ( sp?!)

I had lived previously on a large complicated drug routine, but got to the point when nothing worked . and was in complete agony. I was sent away the on the first attempt, bent over in pain, but was deemed ok enough to go home with an extra drug added to my carrier bag of drugs.

2nd attempt, I waited all day in corridor moaning and groaning until seen.

However ( and forgive winge above) I got a bed, and got operated on.
that was the easy bit!!

I had everything lazered off, and a cyst removed.
I had a mirena coil popped in, but after wards was told that everything looked healthy 'down there' if I wanted to use it.

I think your questions cover most.
However some of your questions are mostly for after the op, when the doc has had a clear view of the inner womanly workings.
I am sure that the doc will be able to give some advice about the future choices you may have re having a family.

I really hope things go well for you.

I am going to be one of those women who also have re-ocurring problems.

I have had a scan and now on both ovarys are large amounts of cysts, the coil has helped with reducing it I am sure. But the pain is creeping back.

i wish you all the luck in the world after the op.

I was just so surprised that the cyst has already regrown-as it was only drained 8 weeks ago!Is that normal?
