Every time I go away, I get a bad stomach (I have IBS). It always flares up - cramps, bloating,diarrhoea. Even when I'm really careful what to eat. It does happen at home sometimes when I go to a restaurant and over eat, so I do try and be really sensible.
Due to go on holiday next week. Does anyone recommend anything I can take to stop the flare up? I always take peppermint tea with me and it does help a little bit, but not all the time. I'm sick of always having to think about my stomach! 🤦🏼♀️
