Diagnose me?

I've NCed for this

I've been feeling very lightly dizzy at some point every day for the last week. It's slight. I don't feel nauseous.
The only other noticeable change in me is that I have felt really tired- to the point of feeling a bit unwell- on 5 of the last 7 days, even when I've had enough sleep the night before.

Any ideas? I'm about to go on holiday so I'm a bit worried about it.

The only other thing worth a mention is that I've had a very stressful year: separation from husband, a house move, I have a full on job.
I've coped well with it all but am wondering if it's all catching up with me somehow.

I’m not a medical processional, so I’d really rather not

Elsiebear90 · 25/07/2023 15:07

It could be anything tbh, dizziness and fatigue are common symptoms, as a HCP I wouldn’t like to guess.

DailyEnergyCrisis · 25/07/2023 15:14

Could be hundreds of conditions or nothing at all. See GP if it continues.

PTSDBarbiegirl · 25/07/2023 15:17

Get your blood pressure checked but see a Dr for diagnosis.

uncomfortablydumb53 · 25/07/2023 15:35

Could be something or nothing
Those are symptoms of practically every condition you could think of
Simply Maybe you just need that holiday

Strawberrypicnic · 25/07/2023 15:41

Could be generalised anxiety. Might also be a good idea to get your iron checked. But those symptoms could be anything or nothing really.

BiscuitsandPuffin · 25/07/2023 15:42

GPs are free and have many years of medical training to identify illnesses and treat them (and refer you onwards where needed). Have you tried to speak to one? It's worrying that you'd be willing to believe all sorts from any random unqualified person on the internet rather than pick up the phone. This is how those scammers selling "green smoothies" to "cure cancer" are able to prey on people.

Jongleterre · 25/07/2023 15:46

Stress, being overweight, ear wax, not enough exercise.

dizzwizz · 25/07/2023 20:32

BiscuitsandPuffin no need to worry. I just wanted some thoughts before I go away. If I still have the symptoms when I get back from the holiday I will call my GP.
