Caffeine reaction

So I went to a cafe today and ordered a decaf coffee. It tasted strong and not great. About an hour later I got a headache, feel hot, shaking and nauseous. I've been sick since. I haven't had caffeine in coffee for about 5 years. I occasionally have tea or coke which obviously both have caffeine in tho. Could a caffeine coffee have caused this?

Possibly. I go like that after soya milk though…

Something similar happened to my son. He had a latte from a popular coffee shop and within a half hour he’d vomited 3 or 4 times, was running a temperature, had to go to bed.
111 said he’d probably had a reaction to caffeine and to stay away from it. he hasn’t touched caffeine since.

That's interesting. I guess the milk could have been off also . It's been a few hours and I still feel shaky and nauseous
