Frailty Index (FI)

I've just got access to my GP records, & am puzzled by FI.
There are 2 entries in 2022, about a month apart, with the same figure 0.278.
They are timed in the small hours of the morning, & are not adjacent in time to any tests, appointments etc.
Googling has not helped, & I don't want to bother the surgery.
Can anyone please tell me what it actually means, how is it assessed, of what practical use is it ?
Thank you.

It’s a measure of how frail you are using lots of tags that it will automatically pick up on your records. The practice have probably just run it as routine on a large number of patients, started it at 6 and let it run overnight. It’s just to identify those who might be at increased risk of hospital, falls etc so they can review them.
