I’m on my last day - hooray! I have taken a probiotic at lunchtime (away from the antibiotics- I googled this) and have had some live yoghurt and or/kefir. I’m going to continue with probiotics after I finish as well.
I had a tiny bit of diarrhoea, but it’s gone back to normal now. The worst side effect is the bitter taste from the clarithromycin.

It is the antibiotics IME. As you are only on day 3 the infection will still be active, so you have got the worst of both worlds. You have my sympathy, it is very unpleasant. Stick with it. How long is the course?

They have given me 14 days worth but mentioned continuing for 28

I think I had 3 weeks. The ABx did make me feel sick, but once the course was finished I gradually felt better.

Oregano oil is helpful for h.pylori
