Tingling Patches on face - ovulation

Does anyone get tingling patches of skin at certain times of the month? It tends to be on my head and face and only around when I'm ovulating and due to be on my period. For context I also suffer with hypothyroid/Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Thank you.

How weird. Me. And I did wonder 'I should start a thread on mn' but then thought that it wold be hard to explain and no one else would have it anyway!

It's often on my head or at the nape of my neck, sometimes around one of my temples and feels quite similar to when I had shingles mildly last year which has made me think the hormones are bringing on a coldsore. But I don't get a cold sore.

So strange! I feel as though it only happened since I had my son in 2021 but I would say it only really started last year. Like I said, it's only at certain times of the month. Yes, it does have the tingly feeling of a cold sore coming!

Have you enquired into this any further? It's happening to me again now.
