It seems like no NHS dentists what so ever are taking new patients???? I'm with an NHS dentist but every time I call they say "we are hoping to get a new dentist next month" we're only doing private at the minute

And every other surgery I call say they aren't taking nhs patients, what are you meant to do?

Have you tried further away? I know someone travelling a couple of counties away because that’s the only one she could get in with. if you need emergency dental treatment then call 111

if you are unable to get an nhs dentist then there is some info here, no guarantee though.

If after contacting several dental surgeries you still cannot find a dentist accepting NHS patients, call NHS England's Customer Contact Centre on 311 2233 0300 311 2233.
They cannot find a dentist for you, but can put you in contact with other services that may be able to find one.
Your local Healthwatch may be able to give you information about services in your area or raise a concern if you have one.
