Lumps in leg

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I have some lumps in my thigh. They're very small and have had a little while. Just assume they're cysts.
However, I also have a lump behind my kneecap (basically the soft part at back on my leg behind my knee if that makes sense?) and it's causing pain.
I don't really want to go to the GP and waste their time if it's just cysts etc. has anyone had anything like this before?
If it's of any relevance, all the lumps seem to be on my left leg.

Thanks for your reply. I had thought this too and am hoping that's all it is. I think I just overthink and worry it could be something more serious that could worsen if I don't see about it but at the same time, I don't want to go to the GP and waste their time over cysts either!

That’s their job, it’s what they are there for. I would go and get it looked at. Could be ages before you even get seen.

I have a small lump in my thigh, deep under the skin, can’t see it but can feel it and it’s grown - I haven’t been to the doc either! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Perhaps we both should arrange an appointment. As you say, it will probably be a long time before we're seen!

I know, I hate the doctors. I keep thinking something else might happen and then I’ll have to two things to go in with. Did cross my mind to ask a pharmacist as they may say to do that first, I think I’ll do that. Sainsbury food shop, see pharmacist, then docs if they say they can’t help.

Sounds like a bakers cyst, I needed physio to get rid of mine.

I’ve got some deep lumps, I assume they’re lipomas. I have a big one under my skin as well.
