My son was born without.........anybody else had this experience?

My son was born without some toes on both his feet. Doctors have not been able to tell us what could have caused this, DOes anyone out there have the same experience or do you know any support groups for people with similar issues?

Hi, My son was born without any fingers on one hand.

There is a yahoo group called ABS support (amniotic banding), which has lots of members who don't suffer from ABS but similarly have limbs and digits missing.

I know a little boy who also was born without some fingers and this was put down to amniotic banding, the parents belong to the support group and have found it great. They organise days out for the children and they have been several times and thought what a good idea they were.
