Constantly dehydrated and sweaty?

Wondering if anyone can relate to these symptoms and has any advice on wha caused it?

  • I always feel thirsty and dehydrated but I drink a lot of water, always have a bottle with me topped up and drink it throughout the day. I only drink water and one cup of tea a day, a glass of alcohol or two once a week at most. My wee is always really dark in the morning but throughout the day it's very light or clear.
  • I am prone to headaches. Last night at dinner I had one cocktail spritzer, today feel completely dehydrated with a thumping headache.
  • I sweat a lot. It used to be just my face that got really sweaty but this year it seems to have spread to my body. So a short walk in warm weather will result in my face being covered in beads of sweat, legs and arms are damp, back is soaking. It definitely seems to have got worse this year.
  • Not sure if this could be related but I've also noticed I have excessive facial hair

I have had blood tests for diabetes, thyroid, liver, kidneys, vitamins - all have come back normal. Now the Dr just seems to shrug their shoulders and they've just advised me to try vitamin D tablets.

Has anyone had similar and worked out the cause?

Excess hit could be PCOS.
Are you overweight ? How old are you ?

I'm 33, I'm about a stone overweight

I have been tested for PCOS years ago and they said I didn't have it but some of the results were on the cusp, so I think I will go back for more tests for this
