Fracture recovery

I had a fracture last week which involved surgery. It's a leg thing and I'm non weight bearing for a month.
I'm mainly desk based but obviously at home for the next month. I have a follow up appointment with the ortho on Monday but I'm wondering if anyone who had similar could tell me how it went for you?
I'm particularly wondering when I might be able to drive again (we have an automatic but it's my R leg).
Also just a moan on pain, having to get DH to help me get dressed, lively DCs jumping on the bed to say hello etc etc.

I can empathise, I was non weight bearing for 3 months, then it was another couple of weeks before I could drive, so I presume a couple of weeks once you can walk on it?
You will lose a lot of muscle mass and strength but rebuild it quickly, hopefully.

I did my physio yesterday, even the bits for my good side are like elderly lady chair yoga but so hard to do. I feel so useless, I usually do quite hard Pilates/Body Pump, cycle etc.

DH may have to go away but if I can drive in 5-6 weeks I think I'll be OK ferrying the DC. At the moment I'm making an appointment for him to wash my hair...

Managed some sitting up time but upright chairs are really hard, sofa not too bad.
It's so tiring even just walking 10 steps with one leg/a walker.
