Is there anyone who could help with my blood results? As per usual my GP being useless. Low iron but have noticed some observations on my full blood count results that weren’t discussed…

Should I worry?

I’ve been having some panic attacks recently regarding my health. Call it anxiety or whatever but I honestly feel like there’s something wrong.

exhausted
tight chest, sometimes feels like I can’t take a good breathe
fuzzy head
etc.

These all look ok to me. What were you concerned about?

Wildspace · 13/07/2023 22:30

If it’s the observations on the top then they look like they would come with every blood test and they aren’t specific to yours.

PinkButtercups · 13/07/2023 22:31

What is the result that is making you think that?

coloursquare · 13/07/2023 22:31

Look fine. All within range

12RedRoses · 13/07/2023 22:31

The results are all within normal range and the bit at the top is standard.
But low iron can make you fee properly ill and the symptoms you described.

They’re in range. Have they tested your ferritin? My haemoglobin is always normal but when my ferritin is low I feel dreadful.

HelpMeGetThrough · 13/07/2023 22:39

I have FBC done once to twice a month, that all looks in normal range.

If you are talking about the MCV comment at the top, my results have that too.
