Has anyone gone through this? I am looking into it and a bit bewildered about the different methods: surgery, laser, dessiccation... which to choose? Any advice welcome!

Have you found someone who will do it on the NHS? My ex-wife tried to get hers removed about 15 years ago and was told she definitely couldn't have it done as an NHS patient.

No, not on NHS. I'm looking at private. The problem is that I can't find an unbiased comparison of the different treatments. Each clinic has its preferred one which obviously they say is the best one.
Did your wife get it done in the end?
