Can anyone tell me what these are on my hand?

I always presumed they're age spots, but my mum thinks not because they don't look like hers and they're raised.

I'm wondering if they're a sort of wart.

I've tried to take a close up photo too.

Is there anything that will get rid of them?

Thanks .. even though they're raised? My mum has age spots but they're completely flat and darker, like large areas of tanned skin.

Sorry, somehow missed the first part of the writing was trying to be lighthearted💐 correct definition is seborrhoeic keratosis.......think you can get cosmetically removed if they bother you but you would probably have a scar🤷‍♀️

They look like age spots to me
