Tingling, nausea, insomnia

I seem to have a few days of feeling like crap every month or so.

The main symptom is tingling, mainly at the back of my head (sometimes headache), but also general tingliness/itchiness all over (currently feeling burning in my fingers). Also muscle twitching and general restlessness- heightened anxiety and occasional insomnia.

I've been writing it down to try and identify a pattern (i thought it may be linked to my cycle) but nothing jumps out.

I had a blood test which was fine apart from mildly raised inflammatory markers but I had an awful sore throat at the time.

GP said headaches are probably hormonal and that was that.

Does it sound familiar to anyone?

I had all this post covid and vaccines- add in light headedness too- for many months- I had horrific blood pressure when they checked it plus pre diabetes as well and Vit D deficiency- I still get the back of head headaches , neck ache and occasional pins and needles in feet and buzzing in a finger- but it's less than I did

Thanks @Crikeyalmighty I did use to get vertigo and light-headedness too but that seems to have improved.

When you had your symptoms for months was it constant or on and off? I don't understand why I'm sometimes OK for a couple of weeks and then it starts again.
