Full blood count non urgent but health anxiety

Ahhhhh went to asthma nurse for my review and I am newly diagnosed with asthma and allergies and it is improving somewhat! However as I’ve had frequent colds she wants a non urgent full blood count and allergy test. However my mind goes to sinister things and i don’t have the test until Monday!

I understand how you feel. It's the waiting for results that's so hard. I get around it by doing my own blood tests before I go to the doctor. That way they are sent to me within a couple of days and I go to the doctor not wondering what they're going to tell me.

True. I did try for a cancellation, but none.
