I'm 32 and have been tracking my periods for the past year, due to them being so irregular. My app shows that my cycle can differ by 18 days, my shortest cycle was 12 days and my longest 45.
One of the worst parts of dealing with the irregularity is how much it effects my mood as well as my body and excessive hunger.
I really struggle mentally in my 'normal' week leading up to my period due date, but because this is often prolonged, if becomes unbareable.
I've been for scans and blood tests and everything has come back fine.
Anyone have any ideas/going through similar?
