Anyone suffer this or had a repair???

I'm sure I have a hernia, I also have diactis rectis. No repair sadly

@PhoenixIsFlying ah I have both. The hernia recently repaired but will try and work on DR once recovered. Hoping to hear from people who have had recent Umbilical hernias repaired
