IBS or IBD?

I have had problems with my stomach since I was a child, Dr said it was IBS and I have never been checked/tested for anything else. The last few years my symptoms have ramped up and since having my baby 7months ago it's got even worse. I will list my symptoms;

Pain before and during bowel movement.
Diarrhoea-sometimes up to 8 times a day.
Diarrhoea straight after eating a big meal.
Waking in the night for a poo.
Sweating and feeling sick and dizzy during diarrhoea episodes.
Mucous in stool.
Urgency - have had accidents as couldn't get to the toilet in time.
Pressure/contraction like feeling during diarrhoea episodes.

I've recently done a stool sample and haven't had the results yet, I am going to be shocked if it comes back normal as I've have been unwell with all the symptoms above for 2 weeks.

A little late to this but I’m currently in the same situation. Was diagnosed with IBS well over 10 years ago and have had upset stomachs for as long as I can remember but was never tested for anything else and GP just told me that’s what I had. I have all the same symptoms that you have listed and have also given birth in the last 7 weeks and found my symptoms have massively ramped up and really getting me down and quite worried that something else may be going on.

How are things now and did you get any further following results of a stool sample?
