Blistex ruined my lips

Had a cold sore and cleared it up by dabbing some blistex on it. Cold sore now gone but my lips are ruined. Lips feel so tight and are so rough and dry that my lips look like wrinkled prunes. Any tips on how to get them back to normal?

Buy some vitamin E capsules, break one open each day and apply the oil to your lips. It is excellent for healing skin.

Lansinoh, best thing ever for lips. It’s actually a nipped cream for breastfeeding but it’s amazing for other body parts

lasinoh do a lip balm I have some I think it’s lemon it’s lovely and works really well. Vit e as someone has already said is v good too.

Thanks. Lip balm has made zero difference as it just sits on to of the dryness. Will try some Lanisoh. Off to the chemist right now.
