So I have ovarian cyst had it since I was 28 weeks pregnant and still have its 6cm and causing pain in my lower tummy, having bleeding and sickness and I went to out of hours and told me they other department won’t see me cause my numbers are fine but I have really bad pain to come back, which I said the reason I am here is because of the pain is that bad and they told me just to take pain killers, sickness tablets and phone my doctors and see if there’s appointment been put through for me to see anyone, has anyone had anything like that and had cyst removed cause of this thanks.

What sort of cyst is it? You need to have a scan to determine what it is,have you been referred?

I just know it’s on my ovaries I had scan since and 6cm still and hasn’t growing they have said but causing a lot of pain and discomfort, I am not sure I was meant to have a follow up appointment after my baby was born but everyone’s I called had said there’s no appointment so will need to call my gp Monday.

Call GP first thing Monday and ask for a referral. Lots of cysts resolve and disappear on their own but some don't and need surgery.

The advice for me was to go to A and E if the pain was really, really bad as it can mean it's twisted.
