On holiday and forget my trusty Anthisan cream which I have been using for years. Been to the local pharmacy and got an antihistamine gel which is cooling and soothes the itch. It's bloody marvellous! Can I get the same thing in the UK or do I need to stock up for my return. In Belgium by the way.

What's the active ingredient?

Sorry very patchy Internet. Asked for antihistamine cream. It's all in Flemish on the tube. It's called Insectflor gel.

You can use Google translate to read the leaflet for active ingredient. I had no idea until this week when I got some eardrops and the leaflet was in Polish. 13yo ds opened translate and held the camera over the leaflet and there it was in English!

Brilliant. It's soooo soothing and stops the itch. Glad to know it's available in UK.
