temperature

my ds (2 and four months) is never ill. But today he has been lethargic all day and now has a temperature of 38, flushed cheeks and has no appetite...I have given him 5ml nurofen...anything else I should be doing?
I am already worried and crap with illness!

keep him cool bu removing clothing, tepid flannels.

You can also give paracetamol either simulatenously if necessary - or more effectively in 3hrs as the ibuprofen starts to wear off, and then ibuprofen 3hrs later etc...

plenty of fluids, food is not a major prob.
