Has anyone experienced anything like this?

The palms of my hands and the soles of my feet are so itchy. I scratch them non stop throughout the day and also have a tingling sensation.

As if that’s not enough, my whole body also itches. I haven’t made a change in what I bath with or what I wash my clothes with so I don’t understand.

My breasts are what bother me the most. My nipples hurt so much and I don’t understand why I’m constantly in pain. I have that sensation and weird feeling as if my nipples are hard because they’re cold but I’m not cold.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced anything like this (I haven’t made much sense!) but pls let me know if you have. My GP ask booked me in for a blood test but that’s about it

I just 24 in April and I barely drink! I only drink when I’m out socially which is maybe every two weeks or so. Can alcohol have something to do with it? @Hopingforagreatescape

Itchy hands and feet can be a sign of liver issues. Not sure about the nipples but I’d try going bra-less in case your bra is irritating them. I’d also think to see if you’ve changed washing powder, shower gel, etc.

No OP, I don't think it has given your age and the fact that you don't really drink much - so that rules that out! I don't have any other ideas I'm afraid, but hopefully the doctor will be able to work it out and find a way to help.

@BreatheAndFocus now that you’ve mentioned it, I’ve started using a different soap. I usually use the standard Dove but have been buying the pink bar because it’s on sale😂 maybe that’s it! Thank you so much I’m gonna switch back and see how I get on. I’ll still have the blood test but hope it isn’t anything serious
