Hi. Bit of background, I have had over 100 uti and kidney infections most of these requiring antibiotics. I’m 29 . I didn’t catch an infection in time which led to sepsis and a hospital stay. My urine has been awful recently, dark, foamy and full of protein but no infection. (Given my history I sometimes test at home).Is it worth going back to the gp with this urine or wait it out and see if it goes on it’s own?. I’ve also been battling severe fatigue which I put down to long covid. I can’t get a nephrologist referral 🙄. Also I’m not dehydrated and have zero appetite .
