I’ve always been someone who needs to eat fairly soon after I wake up but for the last couple of weeks I’ve been feeling really nauseous before and after eating breakfast.
On one occasion I actually vomited which is really rare for me outside of bugs.
I came on my period shortly after throwing up so I put it down to that even though that’s never happened before and continued feeling sick after period had finished.
Any ideas (apart from the obvious which is discounted thanks to the period!)
