I get awful IBS symptoms (sometimes incontinence!) when I’m woken up earlier than normal / if I need to go somewhere early and it’s out of my bodies routine.
I have an early morning flight coming up and i’ll need to wake up at 3/4am - is there anything I can do / prepare to help ease or stop these symptoms? I would hate to be cut short on the way to the airport 😞I’ve noticed it usually comes on an hour-2hours after i’ve woken up.
