No periods at 36

Had weight loss surgery last March. My periods have been normal until April ish when I was critically unwell with sepsis in hospital and my period never came. I am incredibly fit, work out three times a week and I've gone from 22stone to 8.5 stone. Sepsis took it out of me but I have been ok for a month now.
Still no period (no sex so not pregnant). I'm not even ovulating (since I was young I know and have been every month)
They couldn't do a smear test in hospital as couldn't find my cervix.
I have two children but wouldn't rule out more. Petrified I'm going through the menopause at 36 or there is something wrong. Has anyone else had this?

How tall are you ? Perhaps 8.5 stone is too thin for your frame so you’ve stopped ovulating, or perhaps your body just need a to realign.
