Wart help - using bazuka but it looks a bit wrong (photos)

I started using bazuka extra strength 3 days ago on what I think is a flat wart on my palm.
After 2 days my skin peeled and this is what I'm left with.
I'm guessing I should stop using the Bazuka because it stings like hell putting on the broken skin? I've tried to pull out the middle with tweezers but it won't budge.
What do I do now? Any ideas please?

I see you didn’t get an answer - can you ask a pharmacist or GP? How does it look now?

Sporners Corner may know!

Thanks for replying!
It looked like it had gone, no black spots or anything so I've left it.
This is how it looks now. I'm wondering if it's not a wart and maybe something else.

@ThickSkinnedSoWhat I'm scared to venture into sporner corner in case I click on something gross 😝
