Please convince me I don't have a brain tumour - does this sound like a sinus headache?

I will try to not make this long!
2 weeks ago my children had awful virus, then on Saturday I woke with terrible headache & neck pain, fever and body aches so assume I got it, by Monday felt horrendous but then the fever went away
Since then I've had awful headache and it got worse yesterday, even ibuprofen that usually works won't fully kick it. I do get hormonal headaches too but I don't think it's that
The headache is mostly in the back of my head but it moves around, I'm also getting pain in sides of my nose/cheekbone & occasionally ears, when I bend down the pain is very sharp in the back of my head
My eyes feel very dry and it hurts when I move my eyes from side to side//pressure feeling, I still have neck pain. I didn't have any runny nose with the virus but my nose feels abit blocked. One of my ears is popping but I do get that with allergies
What kind of headache is this?! Can it still be the virus and I should wait abit longer or go to gp today? Obviously I'm panicking it's something serious I never had sinus headache before dispite having allergies what does a sinus headache feel like?

Sounds like the virus OP, I wouldn't jump to brain tumour at this stage! Can you do a bit of a steam or even some eucalyptus in a diffuser might help to clear things (I often use this to help when I have a migraine). Then lots of water, plenty of rest. Maybe something like sudafed nasal spray to help too.

I suggest giving it another week and then seeing how you feel. Hope you can relax and get well soon Flowers

Sinusitis I found to be a worse pain than childbirth. It does get worse when you bend down and can leave areas of your face feeling physically tender; most often the area at the top of your eye socket. The ear pops support it as well - your tubes aren't draining.

I remember almost crying with the pain when driving home after having just tidied up at a baby group. It was massaging my head to get by, and I am completely not a drama queen about health - I expect my body to get through everything 😂

I would go and get ABs - it's the only illness I've ever had that actually took a while to improve with ABs; everything else I've ever had to treat that way has been relieved immediately!

Besides anti-congestion OOC drugs, massage to help with draining can help - firm sweeps along your eyebrows and then away into the temple area in front of your ears. Also, the kind of groove on your neck running down from your ear; sweeping, downwards firm pressure on that.
