Deficiencies, what could cause?

Recently been back and forward to do other over symptoms been getting worse over last 6 years all seemed to start when had ovarian cyst which eventually sorted itself out:
constant fatigue
migraines
nausea and vomiting
odd patchy rash on neck and chest (doctor thinks histamine related?)
rosacea on face
achey legs and ankles

blood test recently show have low phosphate (looking back have for last 3 years at least), low calcium and low vitamin d.
have slightly low b12 and folate but borderline so keeping eye on it not treating

having more tests next week but doctor seems a bit stumped

Slightly low B12 can cause a host of symptoms including fatigue and headaches. The U.K. reference ranges are set lower than other countries. If you are low end of ‘normal’ range you can still be symptomatic, our local lab actually writes on the results ‘consider replacement if symptomatic’.
