How to shift the crap off my chest

Following a June cold from the kids, they are all better and this is the third week my bad chest is lingering. It’s a really awful rattly cough, with occasional green creatures being expelled (sorry for TMI)

my breath smells and tastes horrible because I’ve got a constant plug of disgusting phlegm at the back of my throat.

any tips for getting rid of it? I generally feel ok now and not unwell

Sounds like you might need antibiotics?

Sounds like you have an infection. See a GP.

Strong smelling green phlegm suggests infection.

You can have pneumonia and still be pottering about - it's not always that clear!
