Hi everyone - posting on behalf of Mrs UD, who is currently upstairs with little dude, comforting him after his latest bout of explosive vomiting.

ANyway - advice or suggestions or just a plain old explanation welcomed; for about the past three weeks he's been throwing up at almost exactly 11pm. USually all over our sheets, and bedding, as we're all sleeping in the same bed.

This isn't fun for anyone, as the poor little bloke is obviously not happy about it, and we're all getting stressed out as we're tired and it's just not the time you want to be finding new bedding and changing it. Although, it's getting so regular now, we've pretty much got a system going.

Tonight's bout was pretty spectacular, even by usual standards, however, and UD is worried about little guy losing weight and just plain not having enough food in him, as well as the sickness.

So, all advice gratefully recieved. Ta. X

altough now I have read it may not be much good, is he still bf to sleep if not maybe some warm water and diarolyte to rehydrate (sp) to see if its the milk making hime be sick?

theUrbanDryad · 23/02/2008 18:00

i don't think the breastmilk would make him sick. it's so easily digested that it shouldn't be making him sick. also, it's pretty much all he's taking in, so i don't want to stop that.
