Anyone know what this rash is?

I constantly get a rash on and off like this. It can be itchy at times and also red. This is the worst its ever been?! I know it probably needs a trip to the doctor to get checked out but curious if anyone else has ever had this? It is only ever on my hands and arms too never anywhere else!

Could it be Prickly Heat rash? Not a medical person. You could try the pharmacist?

Hand cream allergy?

Just go to the GP. Better not to rely on online opinion for something so extensive.
