Skin condition on arms and hands that looks like track marks

My arms look awful. I don’t know what to do and people are starting to speculate am I on drugs?

i have multiple marks / lesions all over forearms and backs of hands . Scarring from them too so it looks awful.

Been seeing a dermatologist since 2018. Nothing is working and now I’m worried because of what is being said about me that I’m being judged. I’ve tried everything and it won’t go - it’s hot and I have to wear long sleeves or stay in I’m so fed up

Could it be scabies?

Oh how stressful. Do you at least know what it is, or are you dealing with the unknown plus the effects? I think a lot of people have skin that isn't completely clear - scars, tattoos, etc so it's not noticeable

No I’ve been tested for literally everything and tried so many things to clear it up literally nothing has worked

No idea what it is, I’ve even had biopsies and they just show ‘inflammation’
Ive been given oral AB , topical AB, steroid creams, antihistamine, anti fungal. Had scrapings, swabs, biopsies, changed my diet , had blood tests , allergy tests everything. I’m completely fed up

That sounds utterly miserable. Have you reverse searched a picture? Might be worth a (long) shot?
