Since DD3 was born 2 years have not been able to keep tampons inside of me all of the time- she was a big baby at 9 11 but 2 years on shouldn't things be back to normal?
Some times they stay in place but at others all I need to do is sneeze or go to keepfit & they just 'fall' out under their own accord - what can I do to stop this - thought I was good at my pelvic fllors so need more help than that, (after dd3 had near vaginal prolapse)

Just bought a mooncup and used it for first AF post baby. It's great, though had a few leaks at night. Far better than tampons.
