Healthy BMI so as long as there's no unintended weight loss no worries there.

BP and pulse definitely nothing to be alarmed about.

BP and pulse both naturally vary both between individuals and within individuals in response to what your body is doing at the tim. A single reading is just a snapshot of what's happening at that moment in time and high/ low results can be a normal response to things like dehydration/ activity/ stress so shouldn't be interpreted on it's own.
