Can anyone give me an idea what will happen.

It's a 2 week referral appointment after I found a lump, letter says to allow 2 hours, so guessing a mix of stuff.
Will they tell me if its cancer today?

Bit of a messy home life so I've not told my kids anything but I need to try and potentially prepare myself for the worse I guess.

I was also referred within 2 weeks and had my appointment last week. I had pain in my right breast, then felt a lump. I was also very anxious about it all. Thankfully it was a blocked duct, which they drained on the day.
I checked in then got seen by doctor who asked some questions about my family history and symptoms. She then examined my breast felt the lump and said I needed to have an ultra sound to see what it was. Everyone was really kind and helpful. Lots of other ladies there on the day too. It was all done within 2 hrs. You are told on the day what it is, if you need biopsy then I guess you might have to wait. Most lumps turns out to be a cyst or a blocked duct. Hope it all goes well for you.

Might be too late for you now but this is my experience.
The breast clinic is a one stop shop. They have doctors, radiologists and specialist breast care nurses. You will probably have a mammogram first and then see the doctor who will have the results in front of her. The doctor will examine you and then arrange an ultrasound. They may do a biopsy at that point as well.
Then you go back in to see the doctor.
Their expertise is such that they often know at this point whether it’s cancer and they will tell you if they think it’s likely, they won’t send you home without a clue.
This can easily take 3 or 4 hours but at the end you have a good idea what’s wrong.
