Hello everyone! So, I don't know why I'm asking here I guess I'm just looking for advice. For the past year and a half I have suffered on and off with stomach issues, I have had a stool sample and abdomen ultrasound, stool sample showed minor inflammation docs say is IBS and ultrasound was normal although they did say there was evidence to show I had a passing gallstone but could not see or view any inflammation OR gallstones which made no sense whatsoever, I did actually change doctors after this as they refused to look further into it and honestly that made no sense to me.
So my symptoms are severe acid reflux every single day, pain under the ribs directly like a cramping sensation, stomach noises and very smelly bowel movements (yes I know it isn't going to smell of roses but it is vile)
I am due to message my doctor about this sometime this week as I can't cope with this pain, I feel like I'm going to vomit everyday due to the reflux, I've had the constant symptoms since may now and I'm fed up, it's awful!
I have actually ordered a self test for coeliac as I did a little google research and some symptoms I have seem similar so that is on its way but curious if anyone has experiences with my symptoms and what ended up being the root cause? Or if anyone has any tips to ease my symptoms that would be amazing, I currently take buscopan, gaviscon and paracetamol for the pains but it is still there, everyday...so scared of something sinister as my dad has bowel cancer and chrons disease is in my family aswell
