Reactive lymph nodes

So bit of background , currently seeing Rheumatology for potential auto immune disorder due to high Ana and always run down etc .
bloods all fine a part from a raised ferritin which had been dismissed due to recently iron transfusions in pregnancy ( bsby is now seven months and ferritin decreasing slowly ( now at 280 )
Anyway , recently had u/s due to a swollen neck lymph node . Doctor wasn’t concerned but referred me for us and doctor said node was prominent but benign and valued it reactive and may always be there .
Few weeks later I found a breast lump which turned out to be tissue but also found was e active lymph nodes again both armpits . Again told reactive . Since this I have noticed my groin lymph nodes are quite sore . I M relatively slim but am starting to worry why they are all swollen with no infection . None of them are noticeable just palpable .
With my history of being run down etc and high ferritin should I be concerned ?

Hello. What have they say about your swollen lymph nodes in the armpit?? I have the same issue. Mine are not noticeable you have to go check deep in the armpit and they are moveable. I had ultrasound this passed Friday the lady who did the ultrasound was saying that it didn’t look like nothing serious but it’s abnormal to have them swollen so that had me thinking. But she also said that it could be just fat. Waiting on results for that. 🙏🏼

Hi did any of you guys get an answer to the lymph nodes? I had a lymph node scan of the neck he said I have a reactive lymph node.

@Lkakpk Hello, did you get any answers to wait might be causing your lymph nodes? I’ve found a few in different places so feeling very worried. Have an ultrasound in a week so hopefully will get some answers then.

@Anxiousmum543 Hey !
its actually really strange you messaged today as today ive actually been to ent about it ! ( the odds ?!?)They are Referring me for a scan but not worried … still got lymph nodes under arms (2cm) and in my neck but they arent as prominent as under arm ones . I basically went docs ladt week about feeling general run down /ill and mentioned the nodes and doc seemed concerned they had been there so long … reffered to heamotology who declined to see me and suggested ent and Breast clinic ,breast c scanned under arms .. said enlarged but maybe normal for me ? Ent are arranging scan but seemed totally not bothered and didnt really let me elaborate on my symptoms . Was in and out .So no real answers and still worried in all honesty . What has your gp said ? How long you hD them.

@Lkakpk oh gosh it’s been going on a long time for you, and how weird you’ve just been for the appointment! Sounds positive they aren’t too concerned though but glad they are sending you for a scan and hopefully that will give you some answers.
I’ve had a 2cm ish node under my jaw for about 8 weeks now (no illness at all), then another appeared behind my ear. Last week I’ve then found a bean sized lump in my groin. That’s the one I’m most concerned about if I’m honest. I can also feel some at the top of my thigh both sides but I’m wondering if these could be normal and always been there as I’m quite slim. None of them are tender. I’ve got a scan next week so hoping I get some answers.
I’m actually waiting for another blood test at beginning of June as the last one came back antiphospolipid positive so I may have an autoimmune disorder too.
