Right side low abdominal pain

Hey,

The last few days I've had pain in my lower right side by my hip bone. It hurts to press it and i noticed last night I can't lie on it. My stomach is today quite a bit more bloated and hard.

Any ideas? Is this a 111 thing? I said to DH I might call them if worse in the morning. I have an 8 week old baby and has EMCS incase that's relevant!

I've got the exact same thing, except on my left side. I've had mine months. I've had a CT scan and due an ultrasound on Thursday. It's driving me mad!

I would make an appointment with your GP, especially if you have some bloating. If it gets too unbearable, either call 111 or get down to a&e I would.

I'd deffo get that checked out! My first thought was possibly appendix?

Depends how long I last but that's the exact pain I get when ovulating! Like, bent over crippled in pain wanting to be sick.. every, damn, month!

I went A&E in the end and definitely not my appendix, thankfully! Unfortunately the pain is still there and my stomach is getting progressively more bloated/hard. I genuinely look pregnant!

Have you had any problems with your surgical scar?

When did you last poop? Are you 'regular'? Enough water/fibre? My GP once told me that pain in the corners of the abdomen is often caused by hard poo struggling to get round the bends. Can be really painful!

Are you feeling ok in yourself otherwise?
