Nitrofurantoin feeling so nauseous !

I’m taking Nitrofuraintoin for UTI for 5 days and it makes me so sick!
Literally I feel like I will vomit anytime.
I’m just on day 3 so another full days of it, I can’t cope.
I had it with food, milk etc, still makes me very sick.
Lately I noticed most medicine irritates my stomach badly, thinking ulcers in the making but help, it’s terrible..
Amyone similar?
I had it before but I don’t recall ever being sick on it years ago..

It's known for sickness/vomitting as a side effect. You have to eat a lot with it. I've always found it to be the best for UTI s though.

@Seeline oh is it? I didn’t know it’s known for sickness.
I think it worked for me ( 🫰) but god the nausea is worse than when I had Covid and being pregnant..
I try to eat, but it puts me off any food or drink.. 🤢🤢🤢
